Brand Control
Remember the days when your sales team spent the whole day looking for retailers to sell your products to? Now your sales staff (and anyone else you have had to hire) is now trying to figure out who are the retailers that are selling your products, where did they get your products, and how do you stop them from selling outside of your pricing policies?

Brand image is everything! Brands would not spend so much on packaging, marketing, and education if image was not important, or better yet, critical to how the customer perceives the brand.
At 21st Century World, LLC the online brand image starts with the images that are displayed, then the content that describes the product (this includes the claims that are made). What is said is important. Sometimes what is said can be problematic (claims?). We take the direction of the brand for proper content (descriptions, features, etc...). Together we craft the message to appropriately reflect what is accurate and relevant.

Sales Tax Compliant
Online retailers who utilize fulfillment centers have "nexus" in all states where their products are stored and shipped through these centers. This means that each of these states lawfully expects sales tax to be remitted. And for every year that sales tax has not been paid to these states, heavy interest and penalties are due. For many sellers, this can date back to 2011 or even further back!
Why is this important to brands? If a brand is going to work with a partner that has the potential for huge liabilities, does not follow the letter of the law, and quite simply lacks the sophistication to comply, what is the likelihood of a long-term relationship?
21st Century World, LLC continues to take steps necessary to be tax compliant in all states where our inventory is stored and shipped. As fulfillment centers continue to expand and grow into other states, we are constantly building and updating our systems and processes to support our mission of doing the right thing.
